Software orchestration platform

An owner-developed extension of an open-source orchestration foundation for tracking software tasks and handoffs.

01

Problem

Long-running software tasks need durable state, isolated workspaces, and clear evidence before changes can be accepted.

02

Engineering challenge

Coordinate workers across Git worktrees, preserve task context through handoffs and restarts, and require verification against the current code state.

03

What was built

Added a task database, per-task worktrees, checkpoints and handoff packets, verification gates, and CLI and HTTP surfaces to the orchestration foundation.

04

Observable outcome

The owner-authored branch contains task, handoff, recovery, review, and verification services with accompanying tests.

Why it matters

What this means for a client

The same engineering discipline applies to internal tools that need reliable state, controlled handoffs, and reviewable work.
